Young Rose opened with one goal: put together a beauty supply store that actually serves the people walking through the door.

Not a warehouse aisle, not a locked case with no one around to help. A real shop with a real person behind the counter.
After years of service, I wanted to build something rooted in Aurora that gave neighbors a straightforward place to pick up Rose hair care, sew-in bundles, wigs, fragrance, clean beauty, handbags and the small things that make a day better.
Everything on the shelf is here because someone asked for it or because I'd buy it myself. Stop in, say hello, tell me what you're looking for. If it's not on the shelf today, there's a good chance it will be next week.

Why Young Rose

Big-box aisles are exhausting. Young Rose is small on purpose, so the person stocking the shelf is the same one helping you find what you came in for.
Veteran-owned
The shop is run with the same standards the owner carried in uniform. Doors open on time, promises kept, customers looked in the eye.
Only what actually works
Every product on the shelf earned its spot. If it didn't perform for our regulars, it didn't come back.
Advice, not upsells
Ask about a product and you'll get an honest answer. If a cheaper option works just as well, that's the one we'll point to.
